What is TalentBoost?

TalentBoost is a network that offers recruiters and well-networked professionals the opportunity to earn extra income by marketing candidates to healthcare job openings across the United States. If your candidate is hired, you get paid!

How is TalentBoost Different from Other Recruiting Referral Networks?

TalentBoost gives you complete visibility as to where your candidate is in the process, so you are never left in the dark.
TalentBoost representatives are available to answer your questions about job openings, candidates, and other details as needed.

Who Can Sign Up?

Independent recruiters, recruiting firms, staffing agencies, and other well-networked professionals can sign up to join the TalentBoost network.

How Much Can I Earn on TalentBoost?

When you sign up, you will see the commissions available for each job opening. Commissions vary from market to market and role to role.

I Signed Up. Now What Happens?

After you sign up, you will receive an email to verify your email address. After you complete your verification, a TalentBoost representative will provide a contract for you to complete and provide you a log in to see all open requisitions in detail, along with the status of candidates you have submitted.

How Do I Submit a Candidate?

To submit a candidate, click “Submit Candidate” in the menu and log in. Once you log in, click “Menu” and choose the option to Submit a Candidate. Once you click “Submit,” the system will check to make sure the candidate is not already in consideration.

What if My Candidate has Already Applied?

If your candidate has already applied, or has been submitted by another TalentBoost member, your submission is not eligible for the TalentBoost commission.

What if I have a Question About a Job Opening?

For questions about a specific job opening, please email info@talentboost.us and a representative will respond within 1 business day.
